The essential course taking care of you to help you take care of your baby.  Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you want to find a bit of you again as a new Mum?  Come & get the support you and your baby need & deserve. Supportive chat, calming herbs and scents, treats, a cuppa and something yummy all await.  Pre crawlers very welcome.

Covering a range of proven relaxation methods to calm fussy moments, promote better sleep, and ease common discomforts for your baby. From tummy troubles to teething, you'll have the tools to provide comfort and relief. And here’s the extra special thing about this course.  It isn’t just for your baby.  It’s for you too.  Relaxation is essential to cope with the caring for your baby.

Starting: Tues 13th January - 10th February

Drawing on 30 years experience in the NHS and 25 years working in Paediatric Accident and Emergency, this super practical class covers how to manage emergency first aid and illnesses plus day to day situations at home, First Aid kit, key areas for safe proofing your home, where and when to get help, ensuring the class is just what you need.  You will receive a First Aid Manual and many comprehensive handouts in a goody bag.
