Support for parents who feel anxious or overwhelmed
I know that First Aid and Weaning can bring up very real worries for parents. With over 30 years of working for the NHS, including extensive Paediatric A&E experience, Health Visitor and Maternal Wellbeing Practitioner, I understand that every parent and every family is different.
For some families, previous experiences of anxiety, loss or trauma can make certain aspects of parenthood feel particularly difficult. You may be worried about choking, fearful of something going wrong, or simply find that certain situations bring up emotions you weren't expecting.
As a specialist in supporting parents around these situations, I understand the importance of creating a space where you can learn without feeling judged, rushed or overwhelmed.
My approach is calm, compassionate and practical. I'll help you build knowledge and confidence at a pace that feels manageable for you.
If you have specific concerns you'd like to discuss, please get in touch. We can talk about what you need and how I can best support you.
