A peaceful morning of relaxation for you and your baby, bump or just for you

This September, treat yourself and your little one to a morning of calm, care and gentle nurturing. Whether you're expecting a baby, attending with your little one, or simply craving some well-deserved time for yourself, this special event has been created with you in mind.

We'll begin with a beautifully calming relaxation session led by Katherine, designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself and your baby (or bump) – or simply enjoy a peaceful moment just for you.

You'll then be treated to a luxurious head and shoulder massage, foot massage, or massage of your choice from the wonderful Tracey of Because Beauty Matters. As a Holistic Wellness & Beauty Therapist,

Tracey is passionate about helping people feel their very best, inside and out, and you're in very safe hands.

During the morning, you'll also create a beautiful keepsake to take home – a special reminder of your time together.

Expect calming music, cosy blankets and cushions, delicious refreshments, and plenty of supportive conversation with other local parents and parents-to-be.
