Service Description

This is a 5-week course starting on Monday 14th September to Monday 19th October, from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Please note there will be no class on Monday 5th October. The essential course taking care of you to help you take care of your baby. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you want to find a bit of you again as a new Mum? Come & get the support you and your baby need & deserve. Supportive chat, calming herbs and scents, treats, a cuppa and something yummy all await. Pre crawlers very welcome. £80/person or book with partner/friend/family member for a discounted rate £75/person.
