Service Description

This is a 5-week course starting on Monday 2nd November to Monday 30th November from 10:30am - 12:00pm. The essential course taking care of you to help you take care of your baby. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you want to find a bit of you again as a new Mum? Come & get the support you and your baby need & deserve. Supportive chat, calming herbs and scents, treats, a cuppa and something yummy all await. Pre crawlers very welcome. £80/person or book with partner/friend/family member for a discounted rate £75/person.
