Starts on Friday 25th April 10.30am - 12noon for 5 weeks. Use code SFMAY if friends book too for £5 discount, usually £80pp. This course usually runs on Mondays for 6 weeks but due to the Bank Holidays it will run on Fridays for 5 weeks The essential course taking care of you to help you take care of your baby Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you want to find a bit of you again as a new Mum? Come & get the support you and your baby need & deserve. Each week in the calm, cosy cocoon of the Baby Steps Studio in the woods, you will enjoy relaxation exercises and a special bonding activity with your baby. We will cover topics to help you navigate life as a new parent and build a gorgeous toolkit to make each day easier and to weave in the things are important to you. This will have massive benefits for your baby. Supportive chat, calming herbs and scents, Neals Yard Remedies treats, a cuppa and something yummy all await Non mobile babies very welcome or have the time for yourself The course is £80 for 5 weeks. £75 if friends book too.
