Service Description

Course dates from Tuesday 4th June for 5 weeks 10.30am - 12noon I qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage back in 2007. I was blown away by the lifetime benefits for parents and babies. It has been a wonderful part of my work and with my own children ever since. I can promise you this will be a special part of your week and one you will remember. Come to the enveloping Cocoon of the Baby Steps Studio in the beautiful Bramshott Chase woods. You will learn about the incredible benefits of baby massage for your baby including relief from wind, colic, teething, aiding sleep and digestion. Share a bonding experience together and importantly the classes will give you a chance for you to catch your breath and unwind with relaxation exercises, supportive chat and a cuppa. Awaiting you is easy parking, comfy soft cushions and rugs, calming music and refreshments. You will feel your shoulders relax. As a Mummy of two I know only too well how these little touches can make your day! Come with friends or to make friends. A good day or a bad day, after a good night or a bad night. Anything goes. The benefits will last long after the course. You are welcome to make the most of your time here and enjoy a walk in the woods following the class. I cannot wait to meet you and your baby. A wonderful few weeks lie ahead, helping you with the rollercoaster of parenting! The courses are limited to a small group to keep it cosy and relaxed. Suitable from birth to crawling. If you are no longer able to attend the course / event where possible you will be to reschedule. However I am afraid it is not possible to offer a refund.
