If you are showing any signs of Coronavirus it is asked that you do not attend the course at Baby Steps HQ and follow Government advice.  For more information on the symptoms of Covid19 and Government guidelines on what to do in terms of testing and isolating please see the NHS and Government Guidelines.

In accordance with latest Government guidelines it is required you answer these questions.

1. Are you showing any symptoms of coronavirus? 

 

Including:

 

a. A high temperature - feeling hot to touch on chest or back 

 

b. a new continuous cough - you have started coughing persistently

 

c. Loss or change of sense of smell or taste

 

2. Have you been in contact in the last 10 days with someone who has been diagnosed with or is suspected of having coronavirus or have been contacted by the NHS Track & Trace team and advised to self isolate?
