We offer relaxed and friendly First Aid courses in your home or at local venues. All the information given during each course is up to date and in consultation with other health professionals.

Each course lasts no longer than two hours, because we’ve found this is the point where people reach information overload! Both courses can be undertaken during the same day with a leisurely lunch break in between, or can be taken up separately.
